About the role

Original posting from Databricks

We're looking for a Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team, supporting hiring across Field Engineering and GTM. This is a sourcing-led role: you will spend the majority of your time in the market — mapping talent, running outbound campaigns, and building relationships with passive candidates long before we have a role to fill. You will own full-cycle hiring for our early career and individual contributor roles, and partner with senior recruiters on more complex searches. You will report directly to the Manager, EMEA Talent Acquisition. This is a strong fit if you want to build deep technical sourcing skills in the Data and AI space and grow into a senior, business-facing recruiting career.

The impact you will have

Own full-cycle hiring for entry to mid-level Field Engineering roles across EMEA — Associate and mid-level Solutions Architects, Solutions Engineers, Delivery Solutions Architects, and similar.

Run creative, high-quality outbound sourcing: build target lists, write outreach that people actually reply to, and keep a healthy pipeline of engaged passive candidates.

Build market maps and talent pools by market, skill and competitor, and keep them warm so we can move quickly when headcount opens.

Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters on intake, calibration and candidate feedback, and keep them informed with clear, regular updates.

Give every candidate a great experience — fast, honest communication and a well-run process from first message to offer.

Keep our data clean and useful: accurate ATS hygiene, reliable reporting on funnel and sourcing performance, and insight on what channels are actually working.

Contribute to how we source: test new tools, channels and outreach approaches, and share what you learn with the wider team.

What we look for

Experience sourcing and recruiting in-house or in agency, ideally within software, SaaS, or the Data and AI space.

Demonstrable outbound sourcing ability — you can talk us through how you find and engage hard-to-reach candidates, not just how you manage inbound applications.

Comfort recruiting technical, customer-facing profiles, or a clear track record of learning technical domains quickly.

Strong written communication and a genuine interest in candidate experience.

Comfortable working with data and using it to prioritise your time and influence decisions.

Highly organised, able to run several searches at once across multiple EMEA markets and time zones.

Curious, collaborative and keen to grow — you want feedback and you act on it.
