ABOUT US

Parallel is a web infrastructure company. Our products are used by leading businesses in sales, marketing, insurance, and coding to build best-in-class AI agents with flexible and powerful programmatic access to the web.

We've raised $230 million from Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Khosla Ventures, First Round, and Terrain to build the web for AIs. We're currently valued at $2 billion and we're forming a world-class team of engineers, designers, marketers, sellers, researchers, and operational experts to achieve our mission.

Job: You will run the scheduling and admin side of recruiting for every team at Parallel: Engineering, GTM, and G&A. You'll build and manage interview loops across busy calendars and time zones, from technical interviews and work samples to sales panels and finance screens. You'll keep Ashby accurate in real time and be the main contact for candidates from first screen to signed offer. You'll work with both the technical and non-technical recruiting teams, handle onboarding logistics with People, and track recruiting metrics so hiring managers and leadership always know where things stand. You'll be Parallel's first coordinator, so you'll design how coordination works here, not inherit it.

You: You've coordinated high-volume hiring at a fast-moving company, ideally across both technical and non-technical roles. You know a technical loop runs differently from a sales loop. You've kept an ATS clean when no one was checking. You've rescheduled a five-person panel on short notice without the candidate noticing anything went wrong. You treat every scheduling email as part of the candidate experience, and you handle comp and offer details with discretion. You'd rather build the system once than solve the same problem twice. You flag problems before anyone asks.

LIFE AT PARALLEL

  • Own customer impact: It’s on us to ensure real-world outcomes for our customers.
  • Obsess over craft: Perfect every detail because quality compounds.
  • Accelerate change: Ship fast, adapt faster, and move frontier ideas into production.
  • Create win-wins: Creatively turn trade-offs into upside.
  • Make high-conviction bets: Try and fail. But succeed an unfair amount.
