Position Available
We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed, bilingual (English/Haitian Creole) therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there. Tailor your workload to fit your life.

Responsibilities
As a bilingual licensed therapist at Sailor Health, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Haitian Creole-speaking older adults in a virtual setting
- Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Haitian Creole, meeting patients in their language and cultural context
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
- Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
- Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings

Qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in Florida
- Fluent in both English and Haitian Creole — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Haitian Creole
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
