Risk Operations Specialist

Location: Remote (Must be location in Denver, CO)

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

Handle frontline fraud decisioning to support ongoing business needs

Manage escalations related to Risk decisioning through cross-functional collaboration 

Complete Zendesk tickets and written communications related to end  users, internal escalations, partnerships or live payments according to relevant prioritization 

Communicate with customers via phone around account recovery efforts

Contribute to projects, collaborate with team members on squad tasks, and proactively drive new initiatives

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience within risk, customer experience or payment operations, ideally in the fintech space

1+ years experience working with ZenDesk

Available to work between 10AM through 7PM MST, Monday through Friday 

Experience maintaining personal and group KPIs related to capacity and quality 

Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to proactively problem solve and be a top-notch team player

The Risk & Compliance Team works to protect Melio's platform and users from fraudulent, abusive and prohibited activity. We work cross functionally, with nearly every function in the company, to ensure we are seeing the correct information to make the right decisions.

About Melio USA:
