ABOUT HIGHTOUCH

Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform powered by the industry-leading Composable CDP. With complete brand context, customer data, and performance history in one place, every marketer finally has the power to build and ship end-to-end campaigns themselves. Teams move faster, stay on brand, and get AI marketing that actually works.

Founded in 2019 and headquartered in San Francisco, Hightouch enables marketing teams to analyze performance, brainstorm ideas, and generate creative at a speed and quality that wasn't previously possible.

Named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Customer Data Platforms, Hightouch is trusted by leading enterprises like Domino's, Spotify, Aritzia, Cars.com http://Cars.com, Ramp, and PetSmart.

At Hightouch, our mission is to help our customers leverage data and AI to grow their businesses. The team is ambitious, impact-driven, efficient — and we believe humility, kindness, and compassion are essential to our success. If you're energized by velocity, obsessed with raising the bar, and want to build alongside people who care deeply about each other and our customers, we'd love to meet you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our SDRs find and create the opportunities that grow Hightouch. You will generate qualified pipeline for our Account Executives by starting relevant, well-researched conversations with data and marketing leaders at large brands. You will also build the skills to become one of the AEs and leaders who run this org tomorrow.

This is not a volume-only role. We care about the judgment behind your activity: which accounts you pick, why they should care now, and whether the meetings you book turn into real opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Prioritize your accounts and prospects based on signals, fit and timing, and be able to explain why.
  • Form a point of view on each account: what problem Hightouch could solve, who owns it, and why now.
  • Choose between signal-based and value-based outreach, and reach both data-side and marketing-side buyers in every account.
  • Use phone, email, LinkedIn and events with intention, not just volume.
  • Use AI tools such as Glean, Claude and Nooks to research faster, while owning the message and the judgment yourself.
  • Partner weekly with your AEs on account strategy, and hand off every meeting with clear written context.
  • Review your own results by persona, message and channel, and change your approach when the evidence says to.
  • Bring work examples, not just metrics, to coaching, and apply feedback quickly.

What we're looking for

You do not need SDR experience. You do need clear evidence of these foundations:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit. You create progress without waiting for perfect direction or resources.
  • Preparation and planning. You research, prioritize and run your day on a deliberate rhythm.
  • Intrinsic drive. You keep your energy and standards through rejection and change without needing outside motivation.
  • Clear communication. You write and speak simply, make clear asks, and keep partners informed.
  • Coachability. You seek feedback, apply it, and can name what you changed because of it.
  • Resilience. You recover from setbacks, adjust your approach, and get back to work.
  • Curiosity about data, marketing technology and how large companies use customer data.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, not required.

How we hire

Our interviews focus on how you think and work, not how polished you sound. Expect to:

  • Pick which of a few accounts you would prioritize, who you would contact, and why.
  • Write a short outreach message or cold-call opener for a real prospect.
  • Get one piece of direct feedback and try again.
  • Talk through a time your first approach did not work and what you did next.

Where this leads

We build our future AEs and leaders from this team. You will get structured onboarding, weekly coaching and a clear set of competencies to grow against.

Even if your experience does not line up perfectly, we are still excited to have you apply. The best hires do not always check every box.
