We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to partner directly with our Enterprise Sales Executive. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing high-value, complex enterprise deals and driving faster deal progression. This is a unique opportunity to learn the ropes of enterprise-level tech sales from the inside out while contributing meaningfully to our revenue growth and customer success.

What You'll Do::

Drive Deal Momentum: Partner closely with the Enterprise Sales Executive across all phases of the sales cycle—from discovery to close—to help accelerate deals and boost close rates.

Own Meeting Execution: Prepare tailored agendas, create materials for prospect calls, attend high-stakes meetings, and take charge of all follow-up actions to keep opportunities moving forward.

Conduct Account Research: Dive deep into market and account research to identify potential customers and gather key insights that personalize our outreach.

Optimize Sales Materials: Customize pitch decks, case studies, and ROI calculators for specific verticals or clients to maximize our impact and conversion rates.

Manage Pipeline Intelligence: Monitor active opportunities, maintain accurate CRM entries for clean forecasting, and provide timely alerts on critical actions needed to close deals.

Act as a Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate smoothly with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Solutions teams to quickly deliver proposals, pricing, security reviews, and contracts.

Compensation:

We believe in rewarding impact. The base salary range for this remote role is $80,000 to $120,000, determined by experience, geographic location, and localized market data. Geographic labor markets are divided into "tiers" based upon a number of factors, including cost of living.

Below, you'll find a few example cities representative of each tiers:

  • U.S. Geo Tier 1 (i.e. San Francisco, New York City, Boston).
  • U.S. Geo Tier 2 (i.e. Austin, Denver, Phoenix) .
  • U.S. Geo Tier 3 (i.e. Kansas City, Jacksonville, Indianapolis) .

Because this is a full-cycle revenue role, your base pay is only part of the equation. With our uncapped commission structure, a representative meeting 100% of their performance objectives can expect an On-Target Earnings (OTE) commission of $30,000. Final compensation packages are customized based on the candidate's core experience and alignment with our tech stack and industry profile

Remote Work, Travel Expectations & Physical Requirements:

This role supports a global, cross-functional business and operates primarily in a Remote-First environment. However, flexibility outside of standard business hours and occasional local or international travel may be necessary for global operations support, company meetings, training, offsites, and collaborative projects.
