Cultivating reliable systems is at the core of how Culture Amp builds a better world of work.

As a Salesforce Developer on our GTM Systems team, you will be a hands-on builder who creates clean, scalable solutions across our core revenue systems. You'll write the code, build the configuration, and make sure what ships works the way our customer-facing Campers need it to.

This is a build-and-grow role. You'll own delivery of features and enhancements in both Apex and declarative automation, partner with more senior team members on larger programs, and steadily deepen your craft across the Salesforce platform. You’ll also be encouraged to develop a point of view on what scalable code standards and automation best practices should be, and play a key role in helping us get there.

If you're motivated by writing solid code, solving real business problems, and growing your technical skills inside a high-impact systems team, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful contribution and build your career.

You will:

Build and ship Salesforce solutions: Implement features and enhancements using Apex, Flow, Lightning components, and configuration to deliver well-tested, production-quality work within a defined scope.

Translate requirements into working solutions: Take clearly defined business problems and user stories and turn them into reliable, scalable implementations, asking good questions along the way.

Partner with the team on larger programs: Collaborate with GTM Systems teammates to deliver scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform, owning development end to end.

Support and maintain core systems: Investigate and resolve bugs, respond to user-reported issues, and help keep Salesforce and connected systems healthy and dependable.

Help reduce technical debt: Write clean and well-documented code, and flag opportunities to simplify and improve as you go.

Contribute to developing AI-powered processes and tooling for the GTM Systems team and the wider organisation.

Produce clear documentation: Keep your solution designs, configuration notes, and how-to guides up to date so your work is operable by the broader team.

Grow your craft: Learn from senior teammates, adopt GTM Systems best practices, and steadily expand your expertise across the Salesforce platform and our broader systems landscape.

You have:

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or enterprise environment.

Strong experience implementing Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components, plus comfort with declarative configuration. Experience writing and maintaining Apex test classes and following CI/CD or version-controlled deployment practices. Familiarity with common design patterns for Salesforce integrations and APIs.

Solid communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical teammates and business stakeholders.

A genuine curiosity and appetite to learn — you actively seek feedback, ask questions early and often, and want to grow toward more complex, higher-ownership work.

Salesforce Admin and Platform Developer I certifications (and/or progress toward Platform Developer II)

Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar), and the ability to describe how you verify and improve their output

You'll get bonus points for:

Exposure to and/or experience building AI-native development workflows: MCP servers, agentic tooling, and structured prompting

Experience with the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle and/or subscription-management applications

Experience building and/or maintaining API integrations to the Salesforce platform

Additional Salesforce certifications

Previous experience working in or supporting Sales, Revenue, or Finance Operations teams; we highly value understanding the work from the user's perspective, not just the system's
