Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the design, day-to-day operation, and continuous improvement of high-performing algorithmic strategies for different products.
  • Own strategies development and growth roadmap, while ensuring alignment with the overall business mandates.
  • Work closely with quant developers to provide design specifications and ensure efficient deployment of strategies and risk controls into production systems.
  • Collaborate with operations, clearing, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate onboarding of new instruments and funding requirements.
  • Participate in and initiate projects to innovate trading and execution solutions across different trading platforms and on-chain infrastructures.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or above in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in quantitative trading firms, brokers, and trading houses, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in market microstructure and analysis of order books and trade data.
  • Experience in algorithmic trading and execution strategy design. Experience in alpha signal generation is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of quantitative modeling, with the ability to independently build algo specifications for new trading strategies and collaborate with developers to deliver them.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; C++ or Rust is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a self-motivated and highly independent working style.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with a global team in a fast-paced environment.
