Data Storytelling: Create high-impact visualizations and business cases that demonstrate the ROI of AI integration to our B2B clients.

Stakeholder Synthesis: Collaborate with clients and executive leadership to translate complex business questions into actionable insights. Probe beyond the initial question to uncover the underlying business problems that need solving.

Driving Clarity: Challenge assumptions not just in your own data and analysis, but in those of your stakeholders. Ensure all team members are aligned on approach and vision.

Strategic Communication: Proven ability to explain the "Why" behind an AI recommendation to non-technical users.

Domain Expertise: Familiarity with claims management workflows, "duration compression" concepts, and the regulatory landscape of disability insurance is preferred
