At Sysdig, we believe cloud security isn't a compromise - it's a promise. From the start, our mission has been clear: to help organizations secure innovation in the cloud, the right way.

We created Falco, the open standard for cloud threat detection, and continue to lead the cloud security market with runtime insights, open innovation, and agentic Al. Creators of technology trusted by over 60% of the Fortune 500, Sysdig gives teams the real-time clarity to move fast and defend what matters most.

Culture matters here. We believe diversity fuels stronger ideas, and open dialogue drives sharper decisions. Recognized as a Best Place to Work and one of Deloitte's fastest-growing companies for the past 5 years, we're here to raise the standard for what cloud security and workplace culture should be.

If you have the passion to dig deeper, the desire to challenge convention, and the curiosity to build something better, Sysdig is the right place for you.

What you will do:

  • Own executive-level relationships and strategic engagement for a portfolio of enterprise and high-value customers — building trust from engineers to the C-suite

  • Drive alignment between customer business goals and Sysdig's technical capabilities through Success Planning and Outcome Mapping
  • Lead Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and ongoing strategic touchpoints with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop deep knowledge of customer environments to proactively identify risks and opportunities for optimization, expansion, and innovation
  • Lead and contribute to hands-on workshops that help customers unlock the full value of the Sysdig platform
  • Support Sales in renewal and expansion discussions by demonstrating measurable value realization and usage growth
  • Identify and mitigate account risk early through health monitoring, technical diagnostics, and stakeholder alignment
  • Be an advocate for customer requirements, partnering with Product and Engineering to align roadmap initiatives
  • Partner with Support and Professional Services to ensure high-quality solutions and efficient issue resolution
  • Mentor junior CSMs/CSEs and contribute to best practices, process improvements, and internal enablement

What you will bring with you:

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Strategic/Technical Consulting at a SaaS or cybersecurity company
  • Proven experience managing enterprise customer relationships and navigating complex organizations
  • Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting solutions on Kubernetes; experience working with container based solutions
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native applications, platforms, security, automation, and DevSecOps across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
  • Experience with scripting and API integration to support and troubleshoot technical solutions
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable customer outcomes and leading executive-level engagements
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business impact for both engineers and executives
  • Experience managing issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving resolution
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Background in cybersecurity or DevSecOps is a strong plus

What we look for:

  • A strategic, consultative, customer-first mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • One or more of CKAD / CKA / CKS certifications
  • Experience with Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable — comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Strong empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with customers
  • Curiosity and comfort operating across both technical and business domains
