THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior ABM & Demand Generation Manager to grow demand for Optery for Business and expand our ABM efforts into an established program.

Building that program alongside our enterprise account executives will be a central part of the job. You’ll work together to prioritize accounts, engage buying committees, generate qualified opportunities, and help move deals forward. You’ll own the marketing programs and establish the planning, coordination, and measurement needed to support that work.

You’ll also lead broader demand generation programs, working closely with our Head of Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and marketing team. This is a senior individual contributor role with responsibility for strategy and hands-on execution. Paid media and field marketing are covered by colleagues you’ll partner with to develop and deliver campaigns.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build our ABM program. Expand existing efforts into a consistent program with clear account selection, segmentation, campaign plans, and success measures. Develop tailored programs for individual strategic accounts and groups of accounts with shared needs.
  • Work alongside enterprise account executives. Develop shared account plans, map buying committees, identify gaps in engagement, and coordinate marketing activity with sales outreach. Run regular account reviews to assess progress and agree on next steps.
  • Create conversations and help advance deals. Develop content, offers, and campaigns that engage relevant stakeholders within target accounts. Work with AEs to open new opportunities and address buyer questions throughout the sales cycle.
  • Lead demand generation planning. Build a plan aligned with B2B pipeline goals. Identify priority audiences and opportunities, then develop programs that build awareness, capture interest, and convert it into sales conversations.
  • Run integrated campaigns. Lead planning, execution, and optimization across content, email, webinars, digital, events, and partner channels. Define the audience, message, offer, channel mix, and follow-up, working with the colleagues responsible for each channel.
  • Improve conversion. Review how buyers discover Optery, engage with content, request a demo or trial, and enter sales conversations. Work with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to identify and address gaps.
  • Use buyer insight to improve the work. Draw on customer conversations, sales feedback, research, and campaign results to refine targeting and messaging. Write campaign briefs and copy, and guide the development of content and offers.
  • Measure results and recommend where to invest. Work with RevOps to evaluate performance using HubSpot, Dreamdata, and buyer feedback. Track account engagement, qualified opportunities, pipeline progression, revenue contribution, and program costs. Explain what the results mean and what should change.
  • Manage budgets and priorities. Test new approaches, assess results, and expand programs that perform. Make practical trade-offs based on the team’s capacity and business goals.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including ownership of demand generation programs for a SaaS or technology business.
  • Experience building or substantially expanding an ABM program, from account selection and planning through execution and measurement.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise account executives on shared account plans, coordinated campaigns and outreach, and opportunity progression.
  • A strong understanding of enterprise buying committees and complex sales cycles, including how to engage multiple stakeholders within an account.
  • Demonstrated success generating qualified pipeline in a sales-led environment, with examples of how your programs contributed to opportunities and revenue.
  • Experience developing demand generation programs across multiple channels.
  • The ability to identify gaps in the acquisition funnel and prioritize improvements based on their likely business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign, account, and CRM data into clear recommendations.
  • Clear writing and communication skills, from developing campaign copy to explaining results to leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms. HubSpot experience is valuable; familiarity with Dreamdata or similar attribution tools is a plus.
  • Experience launching programs in a growing company and working effectively across a small team.
  • Experience marketing to CISOs, security teams, IT leaders, or other technical enterprise buyers is especially relevant. Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
