Who we are

The real world is the next frontier, and at Metropolis, we are creating the artificial intelligence to make it responsive. We are pioneering the Recognition Economy — a future where mundane repetition disappears and being known unlocks access, comfort, and belonging everywhere you go. From transforming parking into a seamless drive-in, drive-out experience for millions of Members to expanding our intelligence layer across retail and hospitality, we are building a world that feels instinctive and magical. The future isn't coming; it's here, and we need builders, innovators, and problem solvers to help us create it.

What you'll do

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, resource requirements, scheduling, and risk registers for each recognition deployment

Serve as the technical anchor for the project lifecycle, defining system specifications and ensuring architectural integrity from kickoff through go-live

Define clear scopes of work for third-party integrators, manage timelines and budgets, and conduct site audits to enforce quality standards

Act as the primary point of accountability and contact for customers, managing expectations and providing clear context for technical decisions

Collaborate with the Support organization to coordinate technical execution and ensure a structured handoff of fully deployed environments

Proactively identify problematic trends in current deployment processes and propose new solutions to reduce administrative overhead for technical teams

Set quality gating criteria for project milestones and ensure system functionality matches the agreed-upon project scope
