About the role:

The Senior Director of Provider Experience is a strategic role responsible for deeply understanding the provider experience and then developing and executing a roadmap of cross-functional initiatives. This high-performing leader is a curious and analytical doer, and will work in a fast-paced environment to influence key partners to deliver impactful outcomes.

You will report into the Vice President of Provider Integration & Experience.

Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Dallas, Texas. You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area. #LI-Remote

Effectively communicate goals and findings and drive organizational change management.

Maintain deep healthcare market and provider experience industry knowledge, keeping a pulse on vendor innovation, regulatory changes, and competitor models.

Leverage data to drive insights, root cause analysis and ROI assessments.

Recruit, lead and develop a strong team dedicated to delivering high impact outcomes.
