What You'll Be Working On:

  • Financial Modeling & Analysis — Build and maintain robust financial models for corporate planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting; perform sensitivity, scenario, and variance analysis to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.
  • Planning & Forecasting — Drive the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes by partnering with business unit finance teams to gather inputs, consolidate actuals and forecast data, and deliver accurate, timely financial plans aligned with corporate targets.
  • Performance Management Reporting — Create and support monthly executive team reports, board materials, and ad-hoc analyses, building clear, actionable performance narratives for leadership.
  • Systems & Data Management — Own and manage the company’s planning platform, ensuring data integrity, availability, and accuracy for financial reporting and analysis; identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation to enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership — Collaborate with Cloud, Digital Infrastructure, Accounting, and other teams to ensure Finance model assumptions reflect the latest business inputs and meet reporting and control standards.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 2-4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, treasury, or corporate finance required.
  • Excellent skills in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Team player who can work well independently and with limited direction.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Detail-orientation with a focus on accuracy and precision.

  • MBA or CFA designation.
  • Client or industry experience in Technology, Data Center Infrastructure, Cloud, or Energy.
