ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an engineering team building AI-powered software for enterprise procurement. In this customer-facing role, you will work directly with procurement teams to understand their needs, develop solutions across the stack, and improve how AI features perform in real workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work on-site with customer teams to understand their processes and turn broad requests into clear problems to solve.
  • Review AI conversations, logs, and execution traces to identify failure patterns and improve prompts, context, and tool use.
  • Turn recurring AI issues into evaluation cases in collaboration with the AI team.
  • Build product features, customer-data adapters, and integrations that connect enterprise systems and data sources.
  • Support deployments, observe how customers use your work, and iterate until it delivers value.
  • Bring repeated customer needs into reusable product and platform capabilities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Typically 2+ years of experience shipping software for real users, with strong full-stack or backend foundations.
  • Production experience with TypeScript or Python, APIs, SQL, and relational databases.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations, LLM applications, or technical customer-facing work.
  • Ability to investigate system behavior using logs, traces, or conversation histories, and to improve software based on observed user behavior.
  • Experience with React, Next.js, or another frontend framework is useful, as is building integrations across systems.
  • Clear communication with users, IT teams, and engineers, plus the follow-through to support work after launch.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive salary and meaningful equity are offered. Visa sponsorship is not available.
