As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Gong, you'll lead the development of intuitive and scalable applications, collaborate closely with diverse teams, and drive impactful solutions in our innovative, fast-paced environment.
You’ll Own:
Own the features you develop while collaborating with product and UX teams from ideation and wireframes through production.
Be a major part of Gong's frontend guild, with frontend developers from across the company.
Participate in our well-known architecture huddles, where we make future decisions about our code and best practices.
You’ll Solve:
Tackle complex technical challenges across architecture, code, and product levels.
Deliver solutions that balance practicality with innovation, considering both short-term needs and long-term impact.

How You’ll Succeed Here:
Bring 5+ years of industry experience developing web applications, including large-scale, cloud-based applications. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
Understand JavaScript in depth, have strong experience with React (must-have), and bring proven experience in the architecture of design systems and components. Familiarity with backend languages such as Java, Node.js, C#, or others is an advantage.
Enjoy taking responsibility and having a strong sense of ownership over the product you help create. Communicate effectively, with strong verbal and written English skills, and enjoy working both independently and within a team of highly skilled peers.
Constantly learn new things through professional lectures and workshops organized by Gong, along with extra learning time provided to each developer to gain or improve professional skills.
