Strong understanding of liability law, tort principles, and policy coverage interpretation across jurisdictions

Proven track record of managing complex and/or litigated claims to resolution

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered in lieu of degree

Designations such as AIC, CPCU, or SCLA are preferred

Experience handling claims involving construction, retail, hospitality, or products liability exposures is preferred
