Our Segment Marketing team drives pipeline growth and revenue across our priority segments. We’re a collaborative, analytical, and creative team that partners closely with sales leadership and teams across marketing, sales enablement, and revenue operations to build programs that drive business impact. You’ll have a direct influence on how we grow and win in your segment. 

About the Role 

Outreach is seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy and execution for our Commercial and Mid-Market segments. You'lloperate at the intersection of strategy and execution—developing campaigns, shaping segment strategy, and owning field work. You'll partner directly with product marketing, the broader marketing team, and sales leadership to move strategy into action. We're an AI-native company at the forefront of revenue orchestration, and you'll help define what that looks like in your segments. 

Location: Remote - Applicants must reside in the US

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

Own Segment Strategy 

Define and execute GTM programs for Commercial and Mid-Market segments 

Develop segment positioning, messaging, and targeting strategy in collaboration with product marketing 

Align with sales leadership on segment-specific priorities and approach 

Inform broader company segmentation and GTM strategy based on field insights 

 Define and Execute ABM Strategy 

Build 1:1 / 1:Few account-based marketing programs for Commercial and Mid-Market segments 

Define ABM target account lists, engagement strategies, and buying committee mapping 

Partner with sales leadership on account selection and pipeline acceleration for key accounts 

Design personalized buying experiences and campaigns for priority accounts 

 Drive Integrated Campaigns 

Own campaign planning and execution across channels to drive pipeline for the assigned segment 

Partner with marketing teams to develop and launch integrated campaigns aligned to segment strategy 

Measure campaign performance against pipeline and revenue targets 

Continuously test and optimize campaigns, leveraging AI and data to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and velocity 

 Build and Execute Field Engagement 

Partner with sales leadership to align field marketing priorities, programs, and execution with business objectives 

Identify and activate field engagement opportunities that drive Commercial and Mid-Market segment growth 

Develop and deliver segment-specific resources, insights, and support to enable field sales teams 

Our Vision of You:

Requirements 

7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including experience in enterprise B2B software/SaaS organizations  

Experience with revenue marketing, demand generation, field marketing, ABM, or segment marketing 

Curiosity about emerging technologies and new ways of working, with demonstrated experience applying AI and automation to improve and scale marketing processes, particularly across campaign strategy, execution, personalization, or optimization 

Track record of developing and executing go-to-market and campaign strategies, with a focus on measurable business outcomes 

Strong focus on revenue and pipeline impact, with the ability to connect marketing strategy to measurable business outcomes 

Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, revenue operations, and marketing teams 

Strong analytical and executive communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into recommendations and effectively present to senior leadership 

Nice to Have 

Experience operating in matrixed global organizations across multiple market units, segments, or geographies 

Experience with enterprise campaign orchestration and personalization across multiple channels and audiences 

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $125,000-$140,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, location and experience. Final offers are determined through a holistic assessment and will vary within the posted range. Your Recruiter will share specific details based on your location and role during the hiring process.
