Senior Manager, Supply Chain Accounting

As a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Accounting, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting across Legend Biotech's global manufacturing network.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Finance, you will serve as the technical accounting authority for the global supply chain organization, providing oversight of accounting governance, financial controls, and reporting methodologies. You will ensure consistent application of IFRS standards, strengthen the internal control environment, and support a scalable and audit-ready accounting framework.

You will collaborate extensively with global and local stakeholders, including Supply Chain Finance, Corporate Accounting & Controllership, Internal Audit, External Financial Reporting (EFR), FP&A, and Accounting teams. In addition, you will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors.

What can you expect?

Here’s what you’ll do:

Driving accounting governance and ensuring consistent application of accounting standards across manufacturing sites.

Strengthening and optimizing the global internal control framework.

Identifying accounting, reporting, and control gaps and implementing sustainable improvements.

Providing technical accounting expertise on complex and non-routine transactions.

Leading monthly global financial review forums to analyze inventory, fixed assets, accounts receivable and accounts payable trends across the network

Leading audit activities and coordinating remediation plans.

Driving process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supporting the development of scalable accounting processes that support future business growth.

Providing leadership (2 direct reports), coaching and support to finance colleagues within the organization.

Who are we looking for?

Education

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience within external audit, internal audit, technical accounting, financial controls, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles.

Experience with internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.

Experience identifying process improvements and strengthening control environments.

Experience within a Big Four firm or a similar audit environment is highly preferred.

Experience in an international and highly regulated environment is considered a strong asset.

Exposure to SOX controls, manufacturing, supply chain accounting, or cost accounting is advantageous.

Previous people management experience is a plus but not required.

Languages

Fluent in English.

Dutch is considered an asset.
