Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

Lead cross-functional partnership between Marketing and Operations to develop audience strategy, segmentation, and scalable performance marketing programs. Drive shared budget and KPI goals in the process. 

Manage and optimize paid campaigns across various channels, including YouTube, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Display, LinkedIn, Meta and Connected TV (CTV).  

Lead the development and execution of new channel and campaign experiments, identifying scalable opportunities to drive pipeline growth. 

Lead budget tracking, performance goals, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business results and key performance indicator (KPI) goals.  

Create reports and monitor key performance metrics, including spend, revenue, return on ad spend (ROAS), and budgets.  

Understand immediately what is working, what isn’t, and what might be broken, proposing new strategies and tactics to improve the ROAS. 

Leverage customer segmentation and target market inputs to optimize media performance.

Work closely with creative, product marketing, and sales teams to develop high performing ads. 

Manage portions of a budget in the range of $5M-8M per year. 

Manage multiple agencies that support the execution of your strategies, while also having your own ability to execute in the different platforms as needed. 

Serve as the strategic expert for our paid digital programs. 

Our Vision Of You:

Demonstrated history of delivering measurable results through performance marketing. 

7+ years of experience in growth marketing/performance marketing. 

Comfortable using AI-powered tools to inform media optimization, performance diagnostics, and audience segmentation, with curiosity to adopt new AI-driven platforms and techniques as they emerge. 

Proficiency with Google, Youtube, LinkedIn, and Bing platforms is essential; familiarity with additional channels is a plus with an expectation that you are a quick learner.

Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce. 

Building ABM segments and campaigns is a strong plus. 

Exceptional communication and organizational skills. 

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

Strong proficiency with analytics tools and platforms.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is$110,000 - $140,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
