BUILD SOMETHING MONUMENTAL FOR HEALTHCARE!

At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care.

We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you!

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Product Designer at Tandem, you'll be instrumental in shaping our user experience. You’ll collaborate closely with our brilliant Product & Engineering team, and company leadership to craft intuitive, elegant, and impactful experiences. We’re a fast-moving team, so this role is a great fit if you thrive in ambiguity, can make progress with imperfect information, and is energized by rapid iteration. We work in short cycles: ship, learn, improve. Perfection isn’t the goal - momentum and learning are.

  • Collaborate across teams to inform design and product direction
  • Contribute to product strategy while delivering polished interaction and visual design

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven experience designing digital products with a strong user-centered focus
  • Strong visual design skills and a compelling UX/UI portfolio
  • Proficiency in Figma and design systems
  • Experience leading user research and usability testing
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and managing diverse feedback
  • Ability to think strategically while sweating the design details
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving problem spaces

BONUS POINTS

  • Experience in early-stage startups
  • Experience with software engineering & building functioning prototypes
