About the role:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead our Employer Experience team, the team responsible for building our employer-facing benefit experience. This role owns both the external-facing experience and internal systems and tools that support how Garner’s employer clients interact with and experience the Garner benefit. This includes our client and broker-facing Garner Portal, our invoicing and eligibility systems, and a suite of internal applications operated by the Implementations, Integrations and Finance teams. This role reports to the Head of Product.

Where you will work:

This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

What you will do:

Own Garner’s external-facing employer experience strategy and roadmap, including development and expansion of the Garner Portal.

Drive development of internal revenue and eligibility data products that enable teams across Garner to perform analytics based on Garner’s membership and revenue.

Partner with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance to enable 0-to-1 employer-facing products and use cases. Example projects include designing a broker-facing product enabling them to gain insight into the performance of their customers, or building a data warehouse product enabling innovative provider and plan analytics.

The ideal candidate has:

5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least one role owning a technical or financial product end-to-end.

Strong systems thinking and detail orientation. You instinctively look for edge cases and reason from first principles about how systems can fail

Strong technical background, with experience owning financial or data systems at scale.

Superb written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for engineering, business, and external stakeholders.

Deep AI fluency, using AI daily to run analyses, build prototypes, and automate workflows. You pride yourself on staying at the bleeding edge of what’s possible.

Compensation Transparency:

The target salary range for this position is $222,000 - $245,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
