About the role

Original posting from Taktile via Ashby

Taktile empowers financial institutions to transform into truly AI-native organizations. We’re growing rapidly with enterprise customers across banks and insurance companies, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager in our Berlin or London offices.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Taktile is building the world's leading Agentic Decisioning Platform for Financial Services. Our customers use our product to automate millions of critical decisions with AI across customer onboarding, credit underwriting, anti money laundering, and many other use cases.

Underneath every one of these decisions sits the Taktile Platform: the permissions, environments, deployment, extensibility and connectivity foundations that allow the largest financial institutions to run Taktile securely and at scale, for both humans and AI agents. Taktile Platform also owns developer productivity: the tooling, infrastructure and workflows that help our engineering teams ship quickly and safely. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy and roadmap for the platform, with a focus on its enterprise and agentic foundations. You will work closely with platform, infrastructure and security engineering to meet the demands of a rapidly growing enterprise customer base, and partner with customer-facing teams and Product Marketing to make our platform a reason customers choose Taktile.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the strategy and long-term success of the Taktile Platform, the foundation that every product area and every enterprise customer builds on
  • Define a compelling long-term vision for the platform and prioritize the roadmap necessary to reach it. Example areas of focus will include permissions for users and AI agents, Taktile MCP extensibility, release processes (e.g. environments), enterprise connectivity, and more
  • Build a deep understanding of enterprise requirements (security, IT, compliance and procurement), the competitive landscape and opportunities for differentiation, collaborating with customer-facing teams
  • Translate customer insights into well thought out product requirements
  • Balance innovation with a very high bar for reliability and security
  • Act as the voice of the platform: enable and advocate for platform capabilities across product, engineering and go-to-market teams, and partner with Product Marketing to bring them to market
  • Track adoption and performance of platform capabilities through metrics and customer feedback, identifying opportunities for iteration

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ yrs work experience in Product Management, including previous experience owning platform topics (e.g. identity and access management, permissions, environments, deployment models, connectivity or developer platforms) for B2B SaaS or AI products
  • Strong technical depth and an appetite to keep deepening it. An engineering or other technical background is preferred. You are comfortable going deep with engineers on cloud infrastructure, authentication and authorization (e.g. OAuth, SSO, SCIM) and networking. Experience in building critical, high-availability systems is a strong plus
  • Experience working with enterprise security, IT and compliance stakeholders, for example through security reviews, RFPs or complex customer deployments. Familiarity with AI agents and MCP is a must, familiarity with and with financial services is desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build trust and influence decisions across functions, and to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • Track record of delivering lasting customer impact through shipping well-thought out product improvements
  • Aptitude and appetite for using data to inform your decision-making
  • Hands-on, curious, and willing to challenge yourself and grow your scope of responsibilities over time

OUR OFFER

  • Work with colleagues that lift you up, challenge you, celebrate you, and help you grow. We come from many different backgrounds, but what we have in common is the desire to operate at the very top of our fields. If you are similarly capable, caring, and driven, you'll find yourself at home here
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy that allows you to make an impact and meaningfully impact a critical area of our product
  • Experience a flat hierarchy and communicate directly with founding team members. Having an opinion and voicing your ideas is not only welcome but encouraged, especially when they challenge the status quo
  • Learn from experienced mentors and achieve tremendous personal and professional growth. Get to know and leverage our network of leading tech investors and advisors around the globe including the founders of Looker, Datadog, GitHub, and UiPath
  • Enjoy annual offsites where the entire company co-locates to collaborate in person
  • Receive a top-of-market equity and cash compensation package as well as access to a self-development budget
  • Work at our prime office locations in Berlin or London for three days per week or more

OUR STANCE

  • We're eager to meet talented and driven candidates regardless of whether they tick all the boxes. We're looking for someone who will add to our culture, not just fit within it. We strongly encourage individuals from groups traditionally underestimated and underrepresented in tech to apply
  • We seek to actively recognize and combat racism, sexism, ableism and ageism. We embrace and support all gender identities and expressions, and celebrate love in its many forms. We won't inquire about how you identify or if you've experienced discrimination, but if you want to tell your story, we are all ears
