About the role

About the Role

At Navan, "It's all about the user. All of them." We are revolutionizing the corporate travel and expense experience with an integrated, user-friendly platform. While we historically built consumer-grade experiences for travelers and admins, travel suppliers (hotels, air carriers, rail, car rentals) represent over two-thirds of Navan’s revenue.

We are looking for a sharp, partner-obsessed Senior Product Manager to spearhead our brand-new Supplier Portal from 0 to 1. Your mission is to build a dedicated, self-service platform where external travel partners can manage their relationship with Navan, gain actionable analytics, and optimize how they market to business travelers. You won't just be managing features; you will be building a business within a business, bridging complex commercial requirements with scalable platform engineering across London, the US, and India.

What You’ll Do

Own the 0-to-1 Journey: Take full accountability for the vision, strategy, discovery, pilot, and global rollout of Navan’s first dedicated Supplier Portal.

Empower Travel Partners: Build intuitive, self-service workflows, inventory controls, and performance dashboards that help suppliers maximize their booking yield across Navan's customer base.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the central hub connecting commercial/supply leadership in London and the US with dedicated engineering pods in India.

Data-Driven Execution: Define success metrics, test hypotheses through focused pilots, and establish standardized instrumentation to measure marketplace health and supplier engagement.

Bridge Domain & Technical Complexity: Reason through platform architecture, APIs, permissions, and data models to simplify complex supply-side integrations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Ownership Mindset: 5+ years of Product Management experience at a fast-scaling software company, with a track record of taking complex user-facing or platform features from concept to launch.

Marketplace Expertise: Experience building vendor-, merchant-, or partner-facing tools within a two-sided marketplace (e.g., e-commerce hubs, food/mobility supply tools, or travel partner hubs).

Technical Fluency: Demonstrated ability to partner daily with engineering teams to reason about platform dependencies, API structures, and data flows (no coding required).

Stakeholder & Global Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of aligning commercial teams, engineering pods, and external partners across multiple time zones.

Domain Plus: Direct background in travel technology, GDS/distribution systems, or B2B enterprise SaaS is a strong plus, though broader supply-side marketplace experience is highly valued.

Seriously Fun: It’s a company value really! You thrive in high-accountability environments while keeping work fun and engaging for those around you.
