JOB SUMMARY
We're looking for a Senior Production Designer supporting a creative team, responsible for producing high-quality marketing assets while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and incorporating AI tools into creative workflows to improve efficiency and experimentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce high-quality marketing and production design assets;
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, writers, and producers;
- Work within existing design systems and brand guidelines;
- Leverage AI tools (Claude and others) to streamline creative workflows;
- Prepare production-ready deliverables with exceptional attention to detail;
- Participate in creative reviews and iterations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Senior Production Design experience;
- Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop);
- Advanced Figma;
- Experience using Claude and AI tools in professional workflows.
Nice to have
- Adobe Illustrator After Effects;
- Motion graphics knowledge;
- Experience in agency environments;
- Experience with AI experimentation in creative environments.
