As a Senior Revenue Analyst, you will be a critical part of the Company's deal support and month-end close processes. As a member of a small finance team, you're detail-oriented and comfortable managing your own priorities, and you meet deadlines during a high-volume monthly close cycle. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

Timely and accurate execution of monthly revenue accounting close activities and deliverables (i.e. journal entries, deal review, and reporting)

Collaborate cross functionally with business partners, including Sales and Legal, during contract negotiations and provide accounting guidance in order to ensure proper revenue recognition

Review revenue contracts in detail, identifying and documenting any non-standard terms to ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with company policy and ASC 606

Author, update, and maintain revenue recognition policies and accounting memos to support Figma contract structures

Develop scalable revenue accounting processes and drive automation initiatives in partnership with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Engineering

Contribute to special projects, system enhancements, UAT, and ad hoc analyses as business needs evolve

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

4+ years of combined experience in public accounting and/or corporate revenue accounting

Experience working in a high-growth SaaS technology environment

Strong, up-to-date knowledge of ASC 606, including reviewing and interpreting contracts

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Advanced proficiency in Excel

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

Experience with revenue systems implementations or automation projects

Experience with an ERP system, preferably Netsuite

CPA candidate preferred

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.

Annual Base Salary Range:$115,000—$167,000 USDAt Figma we celebrate and support our differences.
