Social Finance, LLC seeks Senior Software Engineering Manager in San Francisco, CA: 

Job Duties: Lead one or multiple development teams through the full development life cycle. Challenge the status quo, embrace and foster innovation. Disrupt the industry by building the banking platform of the future. Grow the team, understand what your team needs, define how to find and assess candidates. Define the growth plan for individuals on your team. Hold the team accountable for delivery. Shape and support the team culture with an emphasis on continual improvement, learning, and fun. Generate ideas for new initiatives. Take initiative and produce timely results in a fast paced and sometimes ambiguous environment. Facilitate the definition of project scope, deliverables, and goals. Part-time telecommuting is an option. Hybrid work from SoFi offices in San Francisco, CA.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any field) or related quantitative discipline and (5) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Special Skill Requirements: 1.) Engineering management 2.) Agile SDLC methodologies 3.) Object-oriented programming and data structures 4.) Mobile application development using Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift) 5.) Design and development of reusable software libraries and SDKs 6.) Web application development using JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks 7.) Automated testing and CI/CD pipelines 8.) Software architecture and performance optimization 9.) Design patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture) Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Part-time telecommuting is an option. Hybrid work from SoFi offices in San Francisco, CA.

Salary: $289,182.00 - $318,100.00 per year.
