ABOUT THE ROLE

This customer-facing role bridges sales and implementation for a Series A cold-chain logistics software company. You will own the technical solution from discovery and tailored demonstrations through delivery and go-live, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Data, and Engineering.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead technical and process discovery with supply chain, quality, logistics, and IT stakeholders to understand workflows, data sources, systems, and constraints.
  • Deliver customer-tailored demonstrations and address technical objections using the customer's logistics and product workflows.
  • Design solutions that define applicable modules, required data, integrations, phases, and scope.
  • Translate solution designs into sequenced implementation plans and statements of work, identifying effort, dependencies, and risks.
  • Partner with Sales on proposals and commercial commitments to ensure they are technically deliverable.
  • Lead solution workshops, support software configuration, coordinate technical handoffs, and remain accountable through go-live.
  • Work with Product, Data, and Engineering to sequence deliverables and share customer insights that inform product development.
  • Create reusable solution designs, discovery frameworks, scoping templates, and integration patterns.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical account management delivering enterprise software implementations.
  • Experience owning solution designs from pre-sales through implementation and go-live, including tailored demos and technical sales discussions.
  • Background in supply chain, cold chain, logistics, or quality management workflows, ideally in a regulated industry with compliance and traceability needs.
  • Hands-on experience configuring or implementing enterprise software, and coordinating work across Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
  • Proficiency with design and documentation tools such as Figma or FigJam, and project tracking tools such as Linear or Jira.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, system interoperability, and reusable implementation playbooks is valuable.
