ABOUT RAMP

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.

The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead implementation of complex projects to establish Ramp.com http://Ramp.com as the gold standard for brand and product marketing
  • Work with designers and engineers to maintain and enhance Ramp's brand design system and component library, ensuring consistency across the site
  • Partner with designers to create interactive experiences that drive site engagement
  • Design and unblock yourself when design resources are constrained
  • Work closely with the paid ads and growth teams to conduct A/B testing on landing pages for multi-channel lead generation

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a front-end or design engineer, ideally on a marketing site
  • Strong skills in React, CSS and modern frameworks (we use Next.js and Tailwind)
  • A portfolio site that demonstrates your previous work
  • Deep understanding of responsive design and design-to-code workflows.
  • Experience maintaining a reusable component library and sweating the design details in code
  • Stellar communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft

NICE TO HAVE

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
  • Experience with web animations (e.g., GSAP, Motion), 3D libraries, or interactive storytelling
  • Experience working with a CMS (e.g., Sanity)
