We're looking for a motivated, technically strong iOS engineer to join our team. This team owns the entire post-purchase experience across stockx.com, mWeb, and the StockX iOS and Android apps including the customer buying table (offers, active and historical orders), WISMO (where is my order), the customer chat inbox, and 1:1 messaging across pages.Our engineers own their technology decisions while helping shape engineering culture at a fast-growing company. We take pride in building a seamless, easy-to-use experience for our buyers and we have fun doing it.

Our stack: AWS, GraphQL, Go, Node.js, Swift, Kotlin, Postgres, DynamoDB, Kafka, SQS, CircleCI, Kubernetes, Harness, Terraform, LaunchDarkly, and Datadog.

What You'll Do

Develop, test, and debug the StockX iOS app using Swift and UIKit

Build and consume GraphQL and REST APIs that connect to our backend services

Apply MVVM architecture, design patterns, and iOS best practices

Own initiatives end to end, including A/B testing

Partner with product owners, program managers, and engineering managers to turn ambiguous requirements into resilient, scalable technical solutions

Break down large system designs and guide junior engineers through detailed component design, implementation, deployment, and monitoring

Propose and champion engineering best practices and development standards

Weigh security, scalability, reliability, and performance tradeoffs when designing solutions

Own your services in production, support upgrades, respond to live site issues, and communicate clearly with stakeholders during incidents

Stay current with Swift, Xcode, iOS, and the broader Apple platform

Contribute to team process and sprint outcomes with a growth mindset

About You

3–5 years of relevant development experience

Strong understanding of the iOS platform and its common conventions

Experience working in an Agile environment

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Ability to document features, changes, and bug fixes clearly

Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills including the ability to say no

Experience on cross-functional product teams preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
