The Role
We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Structured Data team and help drive the evolution of a platform that sits at the heart of TradingHub's products and services. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across large, complex systems and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
The right candidate play a key role in owning and supporting a sophisticated technology stack, improving platform reliability and scalability, and shaping the architecture that underpins our next phase of growth.
Responsibilities:
- Owning and supporting critical components of TradingHub's platform.
- Collaborating with Quant teams to understand complex data requirements and deliver robust platform capabilities.
- Designing, building and maintaining services that support large-scale data processing and analytics workloads.
- Improving and maintaining sophisticated CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and efficient software delivery.
- Contributing to the architecture and evolution of cloud-native data platforms
- Supporting platform performance, stability and scalability as TradingHub continues to grow
Requirements
- Proficiency with C#, Python or Java
- Strong experience of working within financial markets
- Proficiency with SQL-related technologies
- Knowledge of AWS or other cloud native technologies
- Evidence of exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and keen to work on multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- Proactive and curious mindset, with accountability as a core personal value
