About Nscale

Nscale is the global hyperscaler engineered for AI infrastructure. Through vertically integrated AI solutions and modular, first-principles data center design across Europe, North America, and beyond, Nscale delivers the compute foundation for enterprise AI training, fine-tuning, and inference at scale.

We thrive on a culture of relentless innovation, ownership, and accountability, where every team member takes pride in their work and drives it with excellence and urgency. As an Nscaler, you'll build trust through openness and transparency, where everyone is inspired to do their best work. If you join our team, you'll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.

The Role

We are looking for a Specialist, Internal Communications to help run how Nscale communicates with its employees as we scale across Europe and North America.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Communications, you will be at the center of how the company stays informed and connected. You will run the processes that keep our channels working and manage the moments that bring a global company together, from All Hands to fireside chats. You will work with leaders and teams across the business, and see up close how a company builds its communications as it scales.

This is a broad, hands-on role with a lot of variety. Our team is small and deliberately unstructured, and you will pick up whatever the company needs at a given moment. The scope below is where we expect you to start, not where we expect you to stay.

What You'll Do

Channels & Requests

Manage approvals for company-wide email, making sure every send meets our standards before it goes out

Handle requests for Slack channels and email distribution lists, and keep both organized and up to date

Act as a first point of contact for teams who need communications support, and route requests to the right person

Content & Publishing

Pull together our company newsletter each week, working with contributors across the business

Keep our intranet accurate and current, including company news, team pages and key resources

Support communications for company-wide rollouts and changes, such as new tools and security updates, including guides, FAQs and reminders

Events & Logistics

Coordinate scheduling and logistics for company All Hands, fireside chats and other company-wide moments

Work with speakers, executive assistants and AV and events partners so each moment runs smoothly

Track follow-ups and action items after each event

Team Support

Keep our editorial calendar and request tracking up to date

Pull together reporting on how our communications are performing, such as newsletter open rates

Provide support across the team during peak company moments

Use AI tools to make our communications work more efficient, and help document and share these workflows with the team

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, events or a related field

Strong writing and editing skills, with sharp attention to detail

Strong project management skills: you can run several workstreams at once, keep them on schedule and close the loop

Comfort working with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders

Familiarity with workplace tools such as Slack, Google Workspace and Notion, and an interest in learning new ones

Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information

A hands-on, can-do approach and comfort with shifting priorities

Nice to have: formal project management experience; experience working across time zones; experience with newsletter or email tools, intranet platforms, or event coordination; interest in technology or AI.
