About the role

Original posting from Known via Greenhouse

WE HAVE CREATED A WORLD WHERE ART AND SCIENCE ARE BEST FRIENDS

Known is what happens when a data science firm and a creative agency stop arguing and start collaborating. We were built from scratch with PhD data scientists and award-winning creatives working on the same briefs, from day one. That structure earned us an Ad Age #3 A-List ranking, back-to-back Data & Insights Agency of the Year wins, plus Emmys, Cannes Lions, Clios, and Effies across clients in finance, tech, entertainment, consumer goods, and real estate. We're distributed across the U.S. and unapologetically ambitious.

If you're tired of choosing between doing smart work and doing creative work, you'll fit right in here.

BUT ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

Known is seeking a Specialist, Workplace Experience to help shape the day-to-day experience of working at Known. This role plays an important part in creating an environment that reflects our values and supports people in doing their best work.

Serving primarily as the Office Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day, keep things humming, and be the friendly, approachable go-to who makes work feel a little easier (and a lot more welcoming). You’re a natural problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude who loves rolling up your sleeves, collaborating with others, and making things happen. From keeping the office organized to creating an environment where people feel supported and at home, you’ll play a big role in shaping a workplace people want to be part of.

Beyond office operations, this role supports internal events, employee experience initiatives, and internal communications in partnership with the Culture & Communications team. From small details to larger programs, this person helps ensure the workplace feels thoughtful, well-run, and cared for.

This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who works autonomously, manages multiple priorities with care, and takes pride in doing things well. The right candidate combines strong execution with a genuine commitment to others and takes pride in creating a community where people feel supported, respected, and excited to come to work.
