Apply once to this general application for consideration for anticipated Spring 2027 Supply Chain Co-op opportunities in Global Supply Planning and Trade Compliance, based in Boston, Massachusetts.

This is not one specific vacancy. Projects are confirmed on a rolling basis, and one application puts you in consideration across multiple opportunities with participating teams. You do not need to submit separate applications for each team.

About Hasbro

Hasbro creates joy and community through the magic of play. Across Hasbro, Wizards of the Coast and our partner network, teams bring iconic brands and new ideas to life through games, toys, entertainment and experiences.

Teams and areas you may support

Depending on confirmed projects and business needs, your co-op could align with one or more areas such as:

Global Supply Planning (Boston, MA): matching global supply to demand across Hasbro’s 40+ business units and 25+ warehouses, working in SAP IBP and SAP ERP.

Trade Compliance, within Global Logistics (Boston, MA): supporting customs and trade compliance for imports and exports, alongside transportation providers, customs brokers, vendors and affiliate markets.

Examples of what you may work on

Depending on your placement, you may:

Evaluate constrained supply against unconstrained demand and build supply plans that maximize capacity use and revenue opportunities while minimizing obsolescence risk, targeting a 95%+ service level for assigned items and brands.

Procure finished goods for assigned brands globally, and help reduce excess inventory through global inventory transfers.

Identify, communicate and resolve supply challenges with Project Management, Engineering, Global Brand Marketing and Demand Planning, including the initiation and evaluation of tooling.

Create and maintain SAP master data such as capacity, minimum order quantity, lead time and transit time, supporting a 95% master data accuracy KPI.

Support tariff classification of Hasbro products under the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule, including LATAM support by collecting technical specifications, product descriptions and other documentation.

Support U.S. export compliance by maintaining Smartsheet tracking tools and preparing Shipper’s Letters of Instruction (SLIs) for EEI filings.

Assist with internal compliance tasks such as Importer Self-Assessment (ISA) quarterly entry testing, LATAM post-entry audits and export denied party screening.

Analyze and track global duty spend and IEEPA tariffs, along with mitigation strategies.

Partner with Brand teams, commercial markets and customs brokers to make sure global partners follow Hasbro policies and procedures.

Join smaller-scale continuous improvement and project management efforts that improve a supply chain process.
