About the role

Perform inspections, audits, and engineering evaluations of facilities, machinery, and equipment to identify issues and recommend corrective/preventive measures

Investigate incidents, accidents, or process issues using root-cause analysis techniques; develop and track engineering-based corrective actions

Support development of contingency/emergency plans and operational procedures

Provide engineering guidance to internal customers on design-for-safety, process improvements, and compliance with applicable standards

Monitor and analyze operational data (e.g., exposures, discharges, or process parameters) and recommend engineering solutions

Maintain documentation, records, and reports as required for operational and regulatory needs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree

5+ years of experience in engineering design, development, analysis, operations, or manufacturing (aerospace, industrial, or similar high-reliability environment preferred)
