Role Overview

The Senior Global Supply Manager (GSM) for Electronics Components will be responsible for owning, maintaining, and reporting-on commercial and supply chain data (ordering, forecasts, pricing, indices, trends) and create tools to and processes to optimize pricing and ordering.

You Will:

Own, maintain, and report-on core datasets: demand forecasts, supplier orders, pricing, indexes, trends

Develop and maintain tools and processes/automations to optimize EE components purchasing, reduce costs and improve supplier performance.

Maintain clear progress trackers and process documentation to ensure the full organization can benefit from the reports and models

Track internal and external cost impacts from suppliers and engineering change requests

Conduct regular market analyses to identify industry trends and support index-based price negotiations

You Bring:

5+ years minimum work experience: Data Science, Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Engineering.

Prefer: Experience with PCBAs or electronics purchasing

Prefer: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply-Chain or Finance

The ability to adapt, improvise, and solve problems, as well as work independently on multiple tasks or projects. 

Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities. 

Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau JIRA, Confluence, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)

Prefer: Experience with automation tools: Python, SQL, dashboards

Ability to mitigate unforeseen problems creatively and effectively. 

Pluses: highly organized and detail-oriented and strong note-taker with good documentation

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

 Base Pay Range (Annual)$121,900—$167,640 USD

Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program.
