A natural match if you have experience in high voltage power electronics packaging and avionics compliance.

Best fit for

  • Candidates with experience in avionics compliance and mechanical design for aerospace systems
    — “Ensure avionics meet performance, safety, environmental, and EMI/EMC compliance standards”
  • Individuals who have worked on PCB layout and packaging in defense or aerospace contexts
    — “Collaborate with electrical engineer and PCB designers to sure full scope board design and packaging meets the product demands”
  • Professionals with a background in finite element analysis and thermal testing for high-stress environments
    — “Experience with finite element analysis (FEA), thermal analysis, and fatigue/lifecycle testing”

Things to consider

  • Background checks and references are mandatory prerequisites for employment
    — “All offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check”
  • This role may not be suitable for those who prefer remote-only work arrangements
    — “With offices and facilities across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific”

How to stand out

  • Demonstrate your ability to manage the full lifecycle of design from concept to validation
    — “Own your design work from concept to implementation, through system verification and validation”
  • Emphasize your hands-on experience with CAD and eCAD tools for mechanical and electrical design
