  • Identify and assess priority state and local public policy issues affecting Spotify, and partner with your manager and US Government Affairs colleagues to develop effective advocacy strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams across Spotify, including Legal, Communications, Social Impact, Product, Compliance, and Trust & Safety, to understand business priorities, develop clear policy narratives, and shape approaches to key policy issues.

  • You have experience engaging senior government officials, private-sector leaders, and public policy professionals.
  • You can develop and execute effective advocacy strategies while balancing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • You communicate clearly in writing and conversation and can adapt your approach for policymakers, business leaders, and cross-functional partners.
