About the role

Original posting from Kalshi via Ashby

WHAT IS KALSHI?

Kalshi has defined a new category: prediction markets. Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events and turn any question about the future into a financial asset. Kalshi fought for years and legalized prediction markets in the US for the first time in history, is currently the fastest growing financial market in America, and has thousands of markets across politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture and more.

We believe prediction markets have the potential to be the largest financial market because they turn anything into a financial position.

  • Our vision: well… build the largest financial market on the planet.
  • Our mission: bring more truth to the world through the power of markets.

Our culture is simple: we hire really talented people, work really hard, and enjoy the climb. We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of financial markets.

What You'll Do

  • Own the post-close process for a portfolio of strategic BD partnerships, from kickoff through launch and ongoing growth
  • Build and run launch plans: timelines, milestones, owners, and dependencies across Kalshi and partner teams
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to get integrations shipped and partners live
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for partners, building trusted relationships at both working and executive levels
  • Develop go-to-market and co-marketing plans with partners to drive user acquisition, activation, and volume
  • Track partner performance, report on KPIs, and spot opportunities to grow, expand, or fix what's not working
  • Run regular business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Find creative solutions to blockers, whether technical, operational, or commercial, without waiting to be told how
  • Bring partner and market feedback into decisions about product, pricing, and partnership strategy
  • Help build the playbooks and processes for how Kalshi onboards and grows partners at scale

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, partner management, or partnerships, ideally in SaaS, tech, ads, or high-growth companies
  • A track record of taking partnerships or accounts from signed contract to measurable results
  • Strong project management skills: you can run complex, multi-stakeholder launches and keep everything on track
  • A marketing and growth mindset: you think about funnels, user acquisition, and what makes a launch land
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize across a portfolio, and own outcomes end to end
  • Creative problem-solving: you find a way when the obvious path is blocked
  • Clear, confident communication with partners, executives, and technical teams
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where you'll help build the process while executing it
  • Willingness to work in person from our New York office
  • You've got that dawg in you.
