Acting as the team’s analytical pinch hitter, you will pick up the most urgent problem, structure it from first principles, run the analysis, and deliver a clear recommendation that shapes pricing, deals, and strategy. This is a development role by design, with a path to leading a vertical and broad executive exposure, and it is built for someone who thrives in ambiguity and learns fast.

Maintain data templates and KPI tracking so insights are repeatable across engagements.

Flex across commercial strategy, deal analysis, pricing, and competitive insights based on business priority.

Own discrete workstreams end-to-end, such as competitor profiles, pricing inputs, and healthcare value chain mapping.

Connect cross-vertical patterns to sharpen decisions across the Customer Transformation team.

Support engagements and transformation-led sales cycles with analysis, value sizing, and KPI definition.

Prepare leadership and board content; track quarterly KPIs and flag risks early.

Feed engagement learnings into playbooks, pricing, and competitive intelligence.

Rotate across one primary and one support vertical (reassessed quarterly) to build range across insights, pricing, delivery, healthcare, and strategy.

First-principles thinker who structures ambiguous problems, builds models from scratch, and pressure-tests assumptions.

Strong quantitative skills, including advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI a plus.
