Overview:
Capstone’s 2027 Summer Tech Enterprise internship is a ten-week program designed to provide interns with practical exposure to the firm’s Tech Enterprise team and broader working environment. Interns will support the team’s day-to-day activities while completing a defined project designed to provide a meaningful learning experience and address a relevant business need.
We are seeking intellectually curious, analytical, and motivated candidates with a demonstrated interest in financial markets and investment management. During the program, interns may gain exposure to Middle Office and Treasury technologies.
Our future colleague has these skills:
Current undergraduate or postgraduate in a STEM subject (expected to graduate in 2028).
Coding experience (extra-curricular projects are a bonus).
Demonstrated interest in Finance and technology outside of study.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Strong intellectual curiosity, learning agility, and the ability to contribute effectively within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
A professional and accountable approach to work, with the ability to collaborate effectively and operate in a manner consistent with the firm’s culture and values.

Prior internship, academic, or professional experience within financial services, investment management, or a related field is preferred.
