What you'll do ::

As part of the global Strategic procurement team, you will be part of our global operations team, being exposed to a global supplier setup and having a direct impact on the success of Emma.

  • You will collaborate with buying managers and internal/external teams, supporting negotiations with business partners.
  • You will identify opportunities for cost-saving actions and new product implementations, using your entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You will search for new suppliers in various regions and improve internal processes for team benefit.
  • You will develop expertise in our suppliers, cost drivers, and sourcing markets/trends to ensure competitive pricing.
  • You will support supply chain risk assessments and help with vendor development, collaborating on product lifecycle decisions and launches.
  • You will design, build, and maintain decision-support dashboards in Power BI and Tableau and similar tools.
  • You will leverage AI to automate process and tasks.

Who we are looking for ::

  • You are studying a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Engineering or related fields.
  • You are looking for an internship and are available for at least 6 months.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are analytical, well organized, independent, and driven to challenge the status quo, your vendors, and stakeholders. You are ambitious, solution oriented, able to propose unique and creative solutions.
  • You can communicate well in English and enjoy collaborating with different teams in a multicultural environment.
  • You are digitally savvy and master MS Office, in particular Excel.
  • Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain management.
