About this role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/x), you’ll join Eye Security at an exciting stage of growth and play a key role in shaping how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent across Europe.

This is more than a recruitment role. It’s an opportunity to help build and scale a Talent Acquisition function that acts as a true strategic partner to the business.

We believe in quality over quantity. You’ll partner closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders to solve hiring challenges, bring structure to ambiguity, challenge assumptions when needed, and continuously raise the bar, not only in who we hire, but in how we hire.

Beyond owning end-to-end recruitment processes, you’ll take ownership of initiatives that strengthen our Talent Acquisition function, from improving hiring processes and assessment frameworks to employer branding, sourcing strategies, and other projects that enable us to scale sustainably across Europe.

We’re looking for someone who naturally takes initiative, enjoys building, and is excited to elevate the function to the next level.

This is a hybrid role based in our Hague office.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, shape hiring strategies, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment across a variety of technical and business roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance, with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience.
  • Design and continuously improve recruitment processes, including structured interviews, competency-based assessments, scorecards, and feedback loops.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines by engaging passive candidates and exploring new channels.
  • Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously optimize recruitment performance.
  • Take ownership of Talent Acquisition initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring, such as employer branding, recruitment operations, hiring manager enablement, recruiting events, and process improvements.

What You Bring

  • You bring substantial talent acquisition experience ideally in dynamic, fast-growing environments (ideally scale-up) and are comfortable recruiting for go-to-market roles and to a lesser extent tech roles (engineers, product, data).
  • You are a strong business partner: you communicate clearly, build trust with Hiring Managers, manage expectations, coach interviewers, and align recruiting strategy to business priorities.
  • You are sourcing-oriented: comfortable digging, mapping talent markets, engaging passive candidates, and closing great people.
  • You take a metrics/data-driven approach: you track, report and act on recruiting performance, and can shift processes and influence hiring decisions based on insights.
  • You are a builder: you enjoy designing or improving processes, scaling functions, and driving change (employer brand, hiring manager training, automation, TA tools).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch and ability to engage across levels in a global context.
  • Bonus: Previous experience in a SaaS or Cybersecurity business.
  • Learning agility, resilient, collaborative, humble, positive attitude. You care about doing great work and being a great teammate. You are interested in the latest trends in talent acquisition and want to try out innovative approaches

What We Offer

  • A meaningful mission: protect organizations across Europe from real-world cyber threats.
  • A remote-friendly culture with regular company-wide get-togethers, giving you the opportunity to collaborate in person and build strong team connections.
  • Work with top-tier professionals from national CERTs, intelligence agencies, and leading tech backgrounds.
  • Full ownership of a strategic function in a high-growth cybersecurity scale-up.
  • Thursday socials to stay connected.
  • A generous time-off policy, including wellbeing and volunteering days.
