Mentor Consultants through technical review, coaching, and professional development.

Participate in proposal development, recruiting, client relationship management, and business development initiatives.

What you must have:

5-9 years of experience performing tangible asset, real estate, machinery and equipment, or appraisal valuation analyses.

Experience leading valuation engagements supporting financial reporting, tax reporting, mergers and acquisitions, or strategic transactions.

What sets you apart:

Experience applying ASC 805, ASC 350, ASC 820, or other fair value guidance.

Experience leading valuations of real property, machinery and equipment, leasehold interests, or other tangible assets.

Strong understanding of accepted valuation methodologies, including the cost, market, and income approaches.

Experience performing real estate market analyses, comparable sales analyses, highest and best use assessments, and appraisal-related research.

Strong financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience with a Big 4 firm, commercial real estate brokerage, appraisal firm, valuation advisory practice, or specialized valuation consulting firm.

Experience leading engagement teams, mentoring junior professionals, managing multiple workstreams, and serving as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders.

Nice to have:
