Troubleshoot technical problems as they arise, working quickly and persistently through established troubleshooting steps to minimize downtime.

Follow standardized recording procedures, equipment configurations, and quality checks to maintain consistency across sessions.

Manage recording files, verify successful transfers and backups, and follow established data offload and equipment reset procedures.

Keep equipment organized, charged, maintained, and ready for upcoming sessions.

Work closely with the Director and Scene Assistant to support timely setup, scene transitions, and uninterrupted filming.

You're detail-oriented and understand the importance of reliable equipment setup and recording quality.

You can stay calm under pressure, troubleshoot methodically, and know when to escalate issues.

You're dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Experience with audio/video recording equipment, AV support, studio operations, or technical troubleshooting is a plus.

Familiarity with Zoom recorders, Insta360 cameras, DJI Mic systems, Sennheiser equipment, or multichannel audio recording is a plus.
