What You'll Do
Support retail and VIP users on the App, Website, Desktop Client and API.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, using logs, databases, monitoring and code to find root causes.
Identify product bugs and improvement opportunities. Work with the BUs to improve the product and the user experience.
Assist the Incident Management team with technical incidents. Join post-incident reviews and give recommendations.
Build and maintain internal tools and automation, including AI-driven ones, to make the team more efficient.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following. Depth in one area plus the ability to learn the rest matters more than covering everything. DevOps / Infrastructure: CI/CD, public cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure / Alibaba Cloud), Linux, containers (Docker / Kubernetes), IaC, monitoring and logging, scripting. Solid networking fundamentals: HTTP(S), DNS, proxies, VPN.
Software Development: Java / Spring Boot, Go, Python, Node.js or Rust on the backend. Or JavaScript / TypeScript on the frontend. Android, iOS, H5 or Flutter on the client.
Technical Support / Solutions / Project Management: pre-sales or post-sales technical support, solutions engineering, or technical project management for products with a million-level user base.
Plus: production AI project experience (skills, harnesses, agentic loops), a financial services or Web3 background.
Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages, such as Mandarin, would be an advantage.
