Job Description:

  • Leads efforts to establish new processes and methodology and/or documentation standard operating procedures, providing guidance to lower level staff.
  • Analyzes, refines, and documents program requirements including mission scope and objectives, availability of resources, and identifiable intelligence, operational and/or stakeholder leadership needs. 
  • Collects, analyzes, and provides assessments/recommendations of developing framework and strategy to optimizing workflow processes and production. 

Education, Background and Years of Experience:

Typically has a Bachelors degree, and 6 - 8 years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience; e.g., each year of work experience may be substituted for each year of education required.

Required Skills:

Manages execution of assigned Technical Direction Letters and coordinates work across participating engineering and delivery teams. Facilitates planning, dependency management, issue resolution, performance tracking, and incremental delivery of modernization capabilities.
