What you´ll do::

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing retail partners across the UK & Ireland.
  • Increase sales by expanding product portfolios and implementing effective pricing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your customers, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams.
  • Identify commercial opportunities, negotiate agreements, and prepare customer proposals and contracts.
  • Develop tailored promotional plans for each retail partner and measure their effectiveness.
  • Visit retail stores regularly to strengthen relationships, evaluate product presentation, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver engaging product training to retail sales teams, enabling them to confidently sell our products.
  • Monitor account performance, forecast sales, and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape future commercial strategies.

Who we´re looking for::

  • A proven sales professional with experience managing retail or wholesale accounts.
  • A relationship builder who enjoys working closely with customers and creating long-term partnerships.
  • Commercially minded, with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing your own schedule in a remote environment.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and motivated by achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Comfortable traveling extensively across the UK & Ireland to visit retail partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Experience within the bedding, furniture, home, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
  • Holds a valid driver's license.
