An ecosystem of independent technology companies behind responsible access to web data. Source works behind the scenes, providing shared standards and dedicated support that help each company grow.

The culture follows the same idea: colleagues work across the ecosystem, share what they know, and hold a high bar, so a good idea in one place can create an advantage everywhere.

In this role, you’ll::

  • Lead end-to-end video and photo production for Employer Branding, Internal Communications, and key company initiatives.
  • Own the technical execution on set: operate professional camera gear, configure studio/location lighting setups, and ensure crisp audio capture.
  • Plan and execute full production workflows, including storyboarding/shot lists, location scouting, shooting, sound design, color grading, and editing.
  • Capture dynamic daily moments, team events, interviews, and corporate milestones to showcase company culture.
  • Manage photoshoot logistics and deliver high-resolution corporate/lifestyle photography.
  • Maintain, organize, and manage in-house production gear, studio setups, and digital media archives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate creative concepts into engaging visual narratives.

Your skills & experience::

  • At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in videography, cinematography, or video production.
  • Strong command of cinema/mirrorless camera systems, lenses, dynamic lighting setups, and professional sound recording equipment.
  • Proficiency in standard editing and grading software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
  • Solid portfolio showcasing both polished landscape videos (interviews, brand stories) and engaging short-form vertical formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Ability to develop visual concepts, shot lists, and practical scripts from scratch.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted video editing tools and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized asset management, and strong communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.

Salary & Benefits::

  • Gross salary: 2100 - 3000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
  • Growth & Learning: 40+ internal learning options, external conferences, mentorship, and year-round knowledge-sharing.
  • Health & Well-being: Private health insurance, psychotherapy, on-site well-being consultants, 24/7 gym access, and a wellness app.
  • Celebration & Community: Team events, an overseas workation, quarterly team-building budgets, and plenty of ways to mark milestones together.
  • Plus bonus vacation days, paid life-moment days off, barista coffee, and all the tools you need. See the full list of benefits here: https://career.oxylabs.io/blog/our-work-benefits/.
