About the Role

We're looking for someone to join our VIP Institutional Growth & Operations team, supporting the growth, activation, and day-to-day operations of our institutional and VIP client products. You'll drive client growth initiatives while keeping the operational engine running cleanly. It's a high-exposure role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how an institutional product grows and operates end to end.

What You'll Do

  • Growth and Operations Support

Help identify and research high-potential institutional, broker, and VIP prospects.

Support growth initiatives, prospect lists, account expansion plans, reactivation of dormant high-value accounts.

Assist POCs and the growth team in preparing client proposals, incentive structures, and follow-ups.

Coordinate operational workflows between growth, middle office, and support functions to remove onboarding and activation friction.

  • Data & Reporting

Produce recurring reports (daily/weekly) on client volume, concentration, activation, and program performance.

Pull and sanity-check data from internal data warehouses / BI tools and flag anomalies early.

Support ad-hoc analysis for the growth and product teams.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination

Partner with Product, Compliance, and Legal on client eligibility and incentive setup where required.

Help maintain product documentation, process playbooks, and internal knowledge bases.

Identify repetitive manual steps and suggest improvements or automation.

What We're Looking For

0–2 years of experience (internships count) in operations, business/commercial analytics, product ops, growth, or a related function.

Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, thresholds, and structured criteria.

Working proficiency with spreadsheets; basic SQL or a clear willingness to learn quickly.

Clear written communication, able to summarize data and decisions crisply for stakeholders.

Highly organized; able to juggle recurring deadlines and batch processes without dropping details.

Based in the UAE or able to work effectively on a UAE-aligned schedule (remote).

Nice-to-have

Familiarity with crypto / exchange / fintech products and VIP or institutional client programs.

Understanding of trading mechanics (spot/futures, maker/taker, fee tiers, rebates).

Exposure to BI tools and data warehouses.
